geforce gtx 1080 - Unbound loads to blue screen and does nothing

When I load unbound it just sits there and does nothing - no menus or anything.
What's meant to happen?
Win 10 - latest all updates up to date.
32 GB ram
cpu i7-6800

That sounds like that happens when there is no VR system found. Which HMD are you using?
